China Petroleum Oil and Gas Development Technology has made significant progress

From July 11th to 12th, the Science and Technology Management Department of China National Petroleum Corporation organized an expert group to conduct a mid-term inspection of the new technology and new method research project for oil and gas development undertaken by the State Key Laboratory for Enhanced Oil Recovery and the Exploration and Development Research Institute. Experts believe that the major scientific and technological projects of the joint-stock company "research on new technologies and methods for oil and gas development" have made significant progress, and will make technical reserves for the company to occupy the commanding heights of future oil and gas development technology.

This project is mainly aimed at the company's oil and gas development technology needs in the next 10 to 20 years, and the application basis and reserve technology research. The project has made significant progress in five fields: nano intelligent oil displacing agent, heavy oil upgrading catalyst, three-phase relative permeability test, complex oil and gas reservoir geological modeling and numerical simulation. It has shown good application prospects and has declared 19 inventions. Patent, obtained 4 authorizations, developed 5 sets of software, formulated two national standards, 8 experimental specifications, and published 31 papers.

Through painstaking research, the project team has made significant progress and innovations in five areas. The first is to propose the method of water-repellent and lipophilic, oil-drip and intelligent oil-displacement technology, and initially establish a nano-particle surface modification method, and design and synthesize four kinds of intelligent nano-oil displacing agent samples with different characteristics. The second is to propose the in-situ medium temperature controllable self-generated thermal viscosity reduction and high-efficiency catalytic upgrading technology of heavy oil, and develop a series of catalysts with oxidation/modification dual function. The third is to develop a series of experimental new techniques for CT core scanning, three-phase fluid saturation identification and quantitative characterization. The fourth is to create a "fault separation, multi-boundary, random interference interpolation" modeling technology. The fifth is to innovate and develop the mathematical model of complex seepage in high-water-bearing and low-permeability reservoirs, as well as unstructured grids and discrete solving techniques, and successfully develop numerical simulation software (HiSim version 2.0) with independent intellectual property rights. Level.

In the next step, the project will aim at the cutting-edge technical direction of “large quantity, wide coverage and good prospects”, clarify the research direction and key points of research, further strengthen the original innovation of theoretical technology, greatly improve the ability of independent innovation, and timely promote on-site experiments to complete China. The "Twelfth Five-Year" tasks of the oil have laid a solid foundation.
