1. Bending, the seal is not installed correctly; check whether the clean No. 20 lubricating oil in the sealed chamber is filled with 1/2 cavity space; whether the pump unit surface is clean; the unit turns to no-load test.
2, manual start: pump (first time), slightly open the outlet valve, start the motor, the pressure rises and confirms that the pump group runs smoothly when the pump valve is opened to the working condition.
3, operation check: pipeline pump in the power frequency (frequency conversion) normal operation, should regularly check and record the pump group current meter, voltmeter, inlet and outlet vacuum gauge, pressure gauge and flow meter and other instruments. Whether the vibration, noise, temperature rise, etc. of the unit are normal. There should be no obvious oil leakage at the shaft seal.
4, normal parking: close the discharge valve, so that the pump light load, stop the motor.
5. Emergency parking conditions:
(1) The pump motor operating ammeter indicates an abnormality (too much or too little); the pump system makes an abnormal sound.
(2) The pump inlet vacuum pressure gauge and the outlet pressure gauge indicate abnormality, the pump body vibrates greatly and emits a strange sound, and the performance is seriously degraded.
(3) The pump motor generates odor, the aviation seal leaks from the shaft seal, and the bearing temperature exceeds 75 degrees.
