What is HDcctv?

The HDcctv standard, introduced by the HDcctv Alliance, is a physical electrical interface standard for the transmission of uncompressed, lossless high-definition video signals over coaxial cable, and is the world's only electrical standard for comprehensive HD surveillance video. This standard is derived from the international standard - SMPTE-292M, which is based on the existing "high-definition serial digital interface" or HD-SDI, based on it as the core transmission method, and on this basis, some Changes, additions and deletions, finally formed a standard for video surveillance.

HD-SDI has been used in the field of broadcasting and television for nearly 25 years. Its technology is relatively mature.
