Here is a simple and easy way to take the bushing. Take a long bolt and a part of the lower end is flattened and equipped with two movable ejectors with a zigzag at the front end. The shape of the ejector is shown in Figure 1. It is made of T8 steel quenched (HRC 50-55) and placed in the bushing hole, placing a horn higher than the length of the bushing near the bushing. Then put the pressure plate and screw on the nut (as shown in Figure 2).
