Simple deep hole drill

When drilling a hole depth of 850mm, stainless steel seed rod and copper electrode (φ16mm, φ18mm), we made a simple deep hole drill, which proved to be very effective after several years of practice. Its structure is shown in the figure. Cut the taper shank of the ordinary drill bit and drill a hole of about 5 mm in the end face. The depth is drilled to the end of the spiral groove of the drill bit, and the outer diameter of the thick-walled seamless steel pipe connected to the outer diameter is connected to the inner diameter of the thick-walled seamless steel pipe connected thereto.
