Anti-static jumpsuits are the choice for many dust-free production workshops. Many people have doubts about the lifespan of anti-static jumpsuits. Is it the same as ordinary clothing, as long as there is no obvious damage, you can always wear it?

Damage to the anti-static jumpsuit, breakage of the sutures, mildew, and disconnection of conductive fibers, etc., must not be used anymore. But there is no such situation, it also has a certain limit of use. According to the anti-static level rules of cleaning times, if the number of cleaning reaches a certain degree, it should be scrapped in time. In general, anti-static suits have more than 50 wash times and can be used for one year. After reaching the service life of one year, the anti-static work clothes can be sampled and tested. If it cannot pass the test, it should be scrapped.

In addition, there are some things that you should be aware of when using anti-static clothing:

1. Anti-static clothing should be used with anti-static shoes, otherwise it is difficult to achieve the effect of discharging static electricity.

2. When wearing antistatic clothing, do not wear any metal objects on the antistatic clothing. If you must carry it, you should put it in your pocket and do not expose it.

3. It is forbidden to wear anti-static jumpsuits in flammable and explosive places.

4. Do not wear anti-static jumpsuits where there is bare wire.
