Dongguan shoe design is expected to add "big"

The world-renowned brand “Jump” footwear industry held a press conference in Houjie, saying that its R&D center headquarters will be relocated to Dongguan.

Since its founding in Taiwan in 1975, the “Haimen” brand has successfully entered stores around the world, especially after cooperating with Tabu (TABOO), an internationally renowned member of the “Black Eyed Peas” orchestra, and officially entered the top luxury department stores in the United States. With a price of nearly US$200 per pair, it is in line with European and American luxury brands, setting a record for the highest Asian shoe brands.

At present, there are more than 4,000 shoe-making enterprises in Dongguan, more than 2,000 shoe-shoe and shoe-making enterprises, more than 3,500 retail stores for shoe materials, leather, hardware, and chemicals, with more than 2 million employees and an annual output of shoes. With 1.5 billion pairs, it has become the most important distribution center for finished shoes, leather materials, shoe materials, shoe machines and other related products. It has a complete supporting supply chain. Chen Ruiwen said, “Now Dongguan has become an information center for the footwear industry, so we have to consider relocating the R&D center headquarters here.”

In fact, some shoe-making enterprises, such as Fuzhou, Chengdu, and Wenzhou, who wish to expand their export markets, have also successively set up their R&D centers in Dongguan. They hope to use this platform in Dongguan to quickly adapt to the international market. Aokang, Daphne, and other well-known Chinese consumers have opened R&D centers in Houjie, Dongguan.
