Korean Department: Simmons' current owner, Thomas Lee, was bought in 2003 by Simmons. By 2007, its operating income increased by 26%. However, a financial crisis has made the world's most loved mattresses tighten the wallet, and Simmons has inevitably become another victim of the financial crisis.
