The new regulations detailed the physical protection facilities for wall structures, doors, windows, warehouses, etc. in the fee-bearing business sites, requiring the walls to be brick-concrete or steel-concrete structures, and the wall thickness should not be less than 240 mm; Connect the entrance and exit to install a solid metal protective door; windows should be equipped with protective guards such as metal fences. Special regulations stipulate that if a closed collection area is set up, the entrance and exit of the collection area shall be equipped with anti-theft security doors. Above the cashier's desk, there must be installed an overall welded, solid metal fence with a diameter of not less than 14 mm inside the protective steel pipe and a spacing between the steel pipes of not more than 140 mm; conditional installable bulletproof glass with a single block area of ​​not more than 4 m2 . The new regulations clearly stipulate technical facilities for charging business premises and require video surveillance devices to be installed at entrances and exits that are connected to the outside world, main passages within the site, collection areas, safe deposit boxes (cabinets), and valuables storerooms. The video surveillance system uses a digital hard disk recorder as an image recording device. The image is recorded in 24 hours. The image retention time is not less than 30 days. The image playback should clearly show the physical appearance of the personnel in the surveillance area. The collection area shall be equipped with an emergency alarm device networked with the public security agency. Intrusion detectors shall be installed in the charging business premises to cover the entrances and exits of business premises, windows, valuables warehouses, safe deposit box (cabinet) storage areas, and other illegal intrusions to non-business hours. Detecting alarms. Intrusion detectors are networked with public security agencies, public security agencies, or corporate security offices.

The new regulations require that the charging business place must have a specific person responsible for safety precautions, regularly conduct safety education and prevention skills training for employees, supervise the implementation of safety precautions, and formulate emergency measures that include theft prevention, robbery, and fire prevention as the main contents. The preplans clearly define the corresponding disposal measures and the division of personnel, and regularly organize drills. Give recognition and rewards to units or individuals that have made significant achievements in preventing work. If major accidents or accidents are caused due to failure of the implementation of safety precautions or failure to rectify hidden problems in public security, administrative punishment shall be imposed on units and related persons in accordance with the law; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
