Locks are hardware products with high technical requirements. The problem has become more serious.

It is understood that at present there are more than 1,400 lock-making enterprises registered in China, mainly SMEs, mostly individual and private enterprises, which are basically all labor-intensive industries. Has long been engaged in export processing or OEM business, so that many small private enterprises have long formed a heavy quantity, not the concept and practice of re-quality, and some companies do not even have the ability to design and produce high-grade locks. This is also the root cause of the generally poor quality of domestic locks on the market.

One of the most important quality indicators of the lock product is the open rate of the products, which means that the same key can open several locks, and the same lock can open the probability with several keys. At present, the world-renowned brand locks only have one-tenth of a kilowatt-hour open rate, and the domestically-produced lock brands have an open rate of about 6,000, and some are informal and have no production strength. To change this situation, we need our lock companies to invest in the development of new technologies, improve product quality, and design R&D capabilities of companies.
