How to choose canned food

(1) Selection of brands: Meilin B2, Cologne, Eagle Money, Zhaobao, Yinlu, Zishan, Dream Fruit, Jiufa, Tunhe, Wuzhou Star and other brands recommended by China Cannery Industry Association are world-class in quality.

(2) Look at the can: The can must be vacuumed. Can lids and bottoms are recessed to different degrees inwards, indicating that the vacuum is large and the process quality is good. If the lid and bottom project outward, it is called "fat listening" and should not be purchased or eaten. The surface of the can should be free of rust.

(3) Look at the production date: Check the date of manufacture printed on the lid or bottom of the can and confirm it within the warranty period.

(4) See if there is a factory code: The factory code of the cannery factory is made up of an English capital letter plus an Arabic numeral within 100 and printed on the bottom of the can or the bottom of the can. Those who have such codes indicate that a series of indicators such as the production technology conditions and product quality of the production enterprises have passed the review of the China Cannery Industry Association and the quality is guaranteed.

Canned fruit and vegetable cans in glass bottles should also be noted: The iron lid should be tightly rust-free, have a complete shape of the contents, and be clear and translucent.
