3. Development trend of welding auxiliary equipment and equipment industry
In September last year, a number of representatives from the Welding Auxiliary Equipment and Appliances Committee visited the fifteenth International Exhibition on Welding and Cutting in Essen, Germany, with a delegation organized by the China Welding Association. Among them, hundreds of welding equipment manufacturers participated in the exhibition, exhibiting world-class advanced automatic welding equipment. It reflects the development level and trend of welding equipment in the contemporary world. Careful analysis of the technical data mastered can be summarized into the following five characteristics.
(1) The connotation of precision and precision includes high precision, high quality and high reliability. From the appearance of the equipment, some welding equipment is almost close to the precision metal cutting machine. In terms of accuracy requirements, the welding positioner matched with the welding robot is taken as an example. The highest repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.05mm, and the robot and precision operating machine are walking. The positioning accuracy of the mechanism is ±0.1mm, and the control accuracy of the moving speed is ±0.1%.
(2) The large-scale welding equipment is required for the development of high-parameter, heavy-duty and large-scale welding structures. For example, the maximum specification of the column beam manipulator of the heavy-duty thick-walled container welding center has reached 12.5m×10m. The specifications of the gantry type operating machine are 8m×8m. The gantry type longitudinal seam welder used by large shipyards has a maximum stroke of 12m. The working circumference of the container housing integral assembly welding center gantry type operating machine is up to 16m. The heavy-duty h-beam and box beam production lines cover the entire workshop.
(3) Multi-functionalization In order to give full play to the efficiency of automated welding equipment, a welding equipment can be equipped with various welding heads according to the process requirements, such as monofilament and multi-filament submerged arc welding, monofilament or double-wire narrow-gap submerged arc welding head.
MIG/MAG welding head and belt surfacing head, etc., can be used with roller frame, positioner or turning machine to complete longitudinal and internal longitudinal ring seams, head joints, inner wall surfacing, large diameter pipe joints and so on.
(4) Although the digital control of digital welding equipment is much more complicated than traditional metal cutting, the significance of implementing digital control is more important, which not only improves efficiency but also ensures stable welding quality in the mass production process and improves the operating environment. At present, in the welding equipment control system, PLC programmable controller has become the most common control device. In order to improve the function and precision of automatic control of welding equipment, PC-based automatic control system and direct digital control system have been adopted. It provides the possibility of networked control and control integration of welding equipment.
(5) The intelligent control of intelligent and integrated welding equipment is an advanced form of automatic control of welding process. The welding process parameters can be optimized according to the original workpiece and welding parameters through various special computer software. For thick-walled joints and intelligent control, the welding procedure and welding process parameters can be automatically programmed according to the geometry of the measured joints to achieve full automation of the welding process.
The computer integrated control is mainly used in the welding production line. It is the welding robot or welding operation machine, welding power supply, workpiece displacement machinery, conveying machinery, logistics system using computer software according to pre-programmed procedures and set working parameters through fieldbus communication. The network and human-machine interface are integrated on a master PC to form a complete automation control system. At the same time, CAD/CAM/CAPP/CAE/PDM design and management software can be used to realize the integration of product pattern design, manufacturing process preparation, production planning, production process control, production management and logistics management. It can be seen that the development of welding equipment in the world has brought the entire welding industry into the era of modern electronic manufacturing.
The development characteristics of welding equipment are refined, electronic, diversified and combined to adapt to the rapid development of welding equipment. Science and technology are borderless, and China's welding equipment and supporting equipment are bound to develop to the above trends.
4. Challenges faced by China after China's accession to the WTO
China's welding equipment manufacturing industry has experienced more than ten years of tempering in the market economy environment, and has made gratifying progress and achievements, but there is still a big gap compared with the contemporary level of the same industry in the developed countries. Domestic welding equipment can not meet the needs of China's industrial modernization development in terms of product variety, technical level, product quality, automation level and high-tech application. In particular, China’s accession to the WTO on the surface shows that the world market has opened its doors to China, but the Chinese market is also fully open to the world. For some industries, opportunities and challenges may coexist, and for the welding equipment industry, it is certain that the welding equipment industry can The challenge is greater than the opportunity. Therefore, we must take practical and effective measures to work hard and strive to catch up with the advanced level of the same industry in the world during the transition period of five years of WTO accession.
