At the same time, the chemical products produced by the device can be sold back to the waste-producing enterprises in the upper reaches of the park as raw materials. For example, the combined ammonia and liquid ammonia are used as raw materials for ammonia desulfurization and denitrification of the boiler in the park, which reduces the emission of atmospheric pollution; the air separation unit and the gasification unit can supply raw materials such as pure oxygen, liquid nitrogen, high purity hydrogen and carbon dioxide to the park. . According to Shen Xihui, Secretary of the Board of Zhejiang Fengdeng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., the technology utilizes the technical characteristics of reducing atmosphere, high temperature melting and rapid chilling of coal-water slurry gasifier, and finally transforms the organic matter in the waste into CO and H2. Synthetic feedstock gas for the production of high-purity hydrogen, pure ammonia, methanol and its derivatives, natural gas, clean fuel oil and other bulk chemicals or used directly as a clean fuel gas. Up to now, Fengdeng Environmental Protection has obtained 6 national invention patents and 30 utility model patents, forming an environmental protection industrial chain that utilizes “gasification furnace comprehensive utilization waste technology” to treat various types of waste, providing green development for the national chemical industry. According to reports, the localization rate of the core gasification equipment of the technology is 100%, the synthesis gas CO+H2 produced by gasification is over 90%, the vitrified molten slag by-product contains more than 95% of vitrification, dioxin content and heavy metal leaching. Toxicity is far below national standards. At present, the three sets of equipment that the company has completed have obtained hazardous waste business licenses. The operation scope of Zhejiang equipment covers 12 major categories, and the annual disposal scale is 86,400 tons. The Shaoxing installation obtained the “Hazardous Waste Management License” in 2017. The scope covers 9 categories, with an annual disposal scale of 50,000 tons; Ningbo Siming's business scope covers 8 categories, with an annual disposal scale of 40,000 tons. The total annual hazardous waste capacity of Zhejiang and Shaoxing plants can reach 180,000 tons, with an annual output of 50 million square meters (99.999%) of high-purity hydrogen, 10,000 tons of methanol and 80,000 tons of liquid ammonia. The combined income in 2018 is 550 million yuan. The net profit was 100 million yuan and the tax paid was 34 million yuan, which produced huge economic benefits.

Gu Zongqin said that there are currently 448 coal-water slurry gasifiers in China, of which 292 have been put into operation and 156 are under construction. The production capacity of synthetic ammonia has been 12.78 million tons/year, 88 gasifiers; the synthetic ammonia production capacity is 6.295 million tons/year, 37 gasification furnaces are underway; the methanol production capacity has reached 31.79 million tons/year, and 162 gasifiers are under construction; The methanol production capacity is 8.59 million tons/year and the gasification furnace is 29 units. And most of them are built in chemical parks. If Fengdeng Environmental Protection produces 50,000 tons of high-concentration wastewater per year, the existing high-concentration wastewater can be processed up to 22 million tons per year; if it is capable of blending 2 tons per ton of ammonia capacity The waste calculation can burn more than 80 million tons of waste each year. If we add a new coal-water slurry gasifier in the new coal chemical industry in recent years, the maximum processing capacity will at least double, and the environmental protection potential is enormous. For a large number of chemical parks, it is more important to plan to incinerators if combined with nitrogen fertilizer and methanol production.

Gu Zongqin also pointed out that there are still some problems in the technology, such as the problem of heavy metal pollution after treatment of organic wastewater by using coal water slurry technology, whether it can be mixed with organic waste gas and VOC by gasifier, and pretreatment of hazardous waste water. And how to standardize and standardize the secondary treatment and how to take advantage of the enthusiasm of the large-scale coal-water slurry plant to treat high-concentration organic wastewater to undertake environmental protection and social responsibility.
