The flammable gas detection probe is composed of a gas detection alarm controller and a fixed flammable gas detector. The gas detection alarm controller can be placed in the duty room, and mainly controls each monitoring point, and the flammable gas detector is installed at the most leaking place of the gas. The core component is a built-in gas sensor. The combustible gas detector converts the concentration of the combustible gas detected by the sensor into an electrical signal and transmits it to the alarm controller through the cable. The higher the gas concentration, the stronger the electrical signal, when the gas concentration reaches or exceeds the alarm point set by the alarm controller. The alarm device sends out an alarm signal, and can activate an external device such as a solenoid valve or an exhaust fan to automatically eliminate hidden dangers. So, what do you need to look at during the installation of the flammable gas detection probe?
1. The selection point of the flammable gas detection probe should be within the range of 1 meter around the valve, pipe interface, air outlet or leaky area, as close as possible, but do not affect the operation of other equipment, and try to avoid high temperature and high humidity environment.
2. The flammable gas detection probe can be used for a large-area gas detection with a probe arrangement of 10 to 12 square meters, and the detection alarm effect can also be achieved.
3. The installation method of the flammable gas detection probe can be installed by roof hoisting, wall installation or holding pipe. It should be ensured that the installation is firm and reliable, and should be considered for easy maintenance and calibration.
4. Installation height of flammable gas detection probe: When detecting hydrogen, natural gas, city gas and other gases with a specific gravity lower than air, install it about 1 meter away from the roof; when detecting liquefied petroleum gas and other gases with a specific gravity greater than air, use 1.5~2 from the ground. Install around meters.
5. The flammable gas detection probe wiring should adopt three-core shielded cable. The single wire diameter is larger than 1 square millimeter. The shielding layer must be grounded when wiring.
6. The flammable gas detection probe should be threaded on the site. The pipe used should meet the fire protection requirements. The pipe should be connected with the probe to meet the fire protection requirements.
