0 Overview

The Shanghai University of Finance and Economics campus covers a total area of ​​766 acres (37 square meters for full-time students), with one main campus and two sub-campus. Among them, the main campus is a full-time undergraduate student and international student education base, which consists of a group of national, Wuchuan and Wudong campuses. The new 10KV substation project of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics is located at No. 777, Guoding Road, Shanghai, near the junction of Wuchuan Road, Zhengli Road.

This project is a power monitoring system for the new 10KV substation in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.



1 Demand analysis

The site is a 10/0.4KV power distribution room. Power monitoring systems need to implement centralized data management, analysis and processing. The approximate functional requirements of the software are as follows:

Monitoring information such as voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency is refreshed in real time and displayed visually and dynamically in a single graph. The information of each electrical parameter, circuit name, and current limit of the circuit is displayed on each circuit sub-screen.

A trend curve is drawn for the current of each loop power meter to facilitate analysis of the loop distribution operating conditions.

The power metering function of the power meter of each loop power meter can generate the power consumption report that meets the customer management requirements within the time period.

This technical condition applies to the 0.4KV power distribution room low voltage cabinet of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Supplier products should be highly safe and reliable, easy to expand, and easy to maintain and maintain. 2 system plan

The monitoring system mainly realizes the electricity monitoring and power management of the 0.4kV power distribution system of the newly built 10/0.4KV substation of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The monitoring scope is remote real-time monitoring and power management for the low-voltage incoming cabinets of the substation T1 and T2 transformers, the communication cabinets and the feeder cabinet instruments. The system accesses 26 ACR120EL multi-function power meters in the substation, 6 REF611 comprehensive protection and 2 lion temperature controllers, divided into 6 buses, and the bus directly connects to the acquisition equipment in the substation; the duty room is located in the substation. The bus is directly uploaded to the substation host, thereby implementing data communication between the meter on the bus and the monitoring host on the monitoring host.

1) Station management
