3. Smoothness is poor: 1) Smooth grease supply method is not suitable. 4. Dust and other pollution lead to bearing damage: 1) The seal layout is not perfect. Treatment method:
1. 3. Choose a reasonable smooth method: 1) Change the on-site smooth grease supply method. When the segment is used in the field, the smooth grease supply method is changed to short time; the multi-frequency method avoids the conflict heat generated by excessive fat loading; affects the normal operation of the bearing .2) Different types of smooth grease are used according to different seasons; smooth grease used in the repair process is selected as 0# urea-based smooth grease in winter; 1# urea-based smooth grease is used in summer to reduce winter dry oil resistance; summer Dry oil easy to lose puzzle.
4. Ensure the bearing work environment sanitation: 1) Improve the bearing seal layout.
