Requirements for interior wall insulation coatings

The interior wall insulation coating is applied to the interior of the wall and directly in contact with humans or other organisms. In order to ensure the health of the human body or the organism, in the heat preservation coating, the first thing to ensure is that the coating is non-toxic and free of volatile substances.

Second, there are other basic requirements:

1. The thermal insulation coating has good thermal insulation performance, brushing 1-2 mm, the heat preservation effect is obvious, there will be no chilling phenomenon, there will be no condensed water, and there will be no long hair on the wall;

2. There is no volatile substance in the thermal insulation coating, no VOC;

3, the insulation coating should have good waterproof and moisture resistance, can be washed;

4, the insulation coating should have a certain hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance;

5, the insulation coating can not have cracks, if there is a crack, it will occur through the phenomenon of cold, the insulation effect is reduced by at least 50%;

6, the insulation coating should have a certain acid and alkali resistance, anti-aging, with the erosion of soot, smoke, air and other substances, long-term color and composition must not change;

7, insulation coatings must have a certain sound insulation, and now the insulation coatings on the market can do this;

8. The adhesion of the thermal insulation coating is good and will not fall off for a long time;

9. The thermal insulation coating has a long service life and should be equivalent to the service life of other construction materials;

10, the thermal insulation coating is finished, the appearance is beautiful;

300mm Diameter Dome Lens

Our Dome Lens is an optical window composed of two parallel curved surfaces. Dome lenses are commonly used in meteorology applications, pyranometers, defence applications and often used in high pressure viewports in underwater cameras and submersibles.For this reason our dome offer both high transmission as well as durability. Other application for our dome include visible-range domes for pyranometers and infrared-range domes for pyrgeometers, and as high pressure viewports in underwater cameras and submersibles.

BK7 or K9L domes are used primarily in meteorology applications. BK7 offers excellent transmission from 300nm up to 2µm. BK7 is a relatively hard material, with excellent chemical durability.
UV fused silica domes ( JGS1 ): For applications operating in the deeper UV range, we offers a range of UV fused silica domes. Fused silica domes are commonly used in underwater applications at extremely high pressures.
Sapphire domes: For infrared applications we can provide sapphire domes. Sapphire is an extremely hard material with transmission of over 80% in the 2-5µm wavelength range. As with fused silica, sapphire is able to withstand extreme pressures, making it the perfect material for underwater camera and missile fairing applications.
