When the temperature in the cold area or installation is lower than the normal use temperature and the difference is above 20 degrees Celsius, the temperature compensation gap should be considered. It is appropriate to take four to six millimeters. The rail joints can be straight or can be made with a 45-degree angled slant joint that allows the wheel to smoothly transition at the joint.
3. The lateral misalignment and height difference of the two tracks at the joint shall not exceed one millimeter. The order of the welded rail joints is from bottom to top, the first rail bottom rail rear rail, the rail head, the layer by layer, and the last repair. When welding the rail joints, set temporary clamps to fix the rails for welding.
4. When welding, when welding the welding wave at the bottom of the welding rail, it should be welded with one welding rod. In the middle, avoid the welding rod and break the arc. When the welding bulge is too large, it is sanded with a grinding wheel polisher until it is flush with the rail head, and finally the surface is polished.
6. The spacing of the track should be supplemented according to the span size of the door hanger. The longitudinal slope of the track is not allowed to be greater than one percent. When the value exceeds this value, the driving power of the cart and the stability of the whole machine should be tested. If the track slope is not met, the track slope should be corrected. After meeting this requirement, it can be put into use.
