[Structural composition]

The Ultimate Emergency cutting tool F-401 is composed of two-hole handle, pad I, blade, knob cushion (pad) and knob (knurled screw).
The Ultimate Emergency cutting tool F-402 is composed of four-hole handle, pad I, blade, knob cushion (pad) and knob (knurled screw).
The Ultimate Emergency cutting tool F-403 is composed of two-hole handle, pad II, blade, knob cushion (pad) and knob (knurled screw).
The Ultimate Emergency cutting tool F-404 is composed of four-hole handle, pad II, blade, knob cushion (pad) and knob (knurled screw).[Intended Application]
Cutting, stripping coverings and entanglement over wound for a quick wound exposure during emergency rescue.

[Method of application]
1. Before using, you should make sure that there's no objects such as wire, hose and such obstacles over the cutting parts so as not to affect the cutting.
2. When cutting objects, both sides should be tightened.
3. Leading hooks should hook up the cutting edge of the object, pull along cutting direction. Keep smooth and fluent in cutting process.
4. The scale of blade edge can be rotated, when the cutting part of blade is damaged, or the force is very large for cutting , we suggest you to loosen the knurled screw, rotate the blade, replace its position with another part of the sharp blade, then tighten the knurled screw. After all part of the blade is used , please replace a new blade.
5. Blade's disassembly and installation

1) Disassembly
a. Twist down the knurled screw counterclockwise;
b. Remove knob cushion (pad);
c. Place the cutting tool upside down, let the blade down naturally. When the blade gets stuck, using knurled screw's thread touch the blade lightly;
d. unload blade.

2)The installation
F-401 and F-402
a. push pad I into the card slot;
b. place the blade into the knife handle;
c. put the knob cushion (pad) on the blade;
d. tighten knob cushion (pad) and blade by knurled screw.

F-403 and F-404
a. place the blade into the knife handle;
b. put the knob cushion (pad) on the blade;
c. tighten knob cushion (pad) and blade by knurled screw.
d. Put the pad II into handle hook, push to the top, until the clip of pad II buckle the card slot of handle hook, as shown in Graph 9 ~ 12.

[Maintenance]
1. Disassembly each part of the cutting tool
2. Clean each parts by tweezers, brush, soap and water;
3. disinfect it with 75% alcohol and then dry it in the air.
