"One side two pin" positioning in the design of profiled parts fixture

In the design of the machine tool fixture, the combination of the workpiece with a plane and two cylindrical holes as the positioning reference is the most commonly used positioning method in the production practice, referred to as “one side two pin” positioning. For a workpiece with two cylindrical holes or a workpiece that can be positioned by a process hole, "one pin and two pin" positioning can be said to be the most convenient and practical one in the fixture design. In many fixtures, books are often highlighted for their typicality. However, in design, manufacturing and production practices, we often encounter fixture designs for special shaped parts.

I System description:

The Anticorrosion system includes four parts: seal paste, putty (mortar), tape and protection band.
