Reason 1:
1 The main spool damping hole is blocked, if the assembly is not cleaned, the oil is dirty or the assembly is carrying debris;
2 The assembly quality is poor, the assembly precision is poor during assembly, the gap between the valves is not well adjusted, the main spool is stuck in the open position, and the assembly quality is poor;
3 The main spool return spring is broken or bent, so that the main spool cannot be reset.
Solution:
1 Disassemble the main valve cleaning orifice and reassemble it;
2 filter or replace the oil;
3 Tighten the bonnet fastening screw to replace the broken spring.
Cause 2: The pilot valve is faulty.
1The adjustment spring is broken or not loaded,
2 cone valve or steel ball is not installed,
3 cone valve is broken.
Solution: Replace the damaged or replenished parts to return the pilot valve to normal operation.
Cause 3: The remote control solenoid valve is not energized (normally open type) or the spool valve is stuck.
Solution: Check the power line to see if the power is turned on; if it is normal, it may be that the spool is stuck, and the failed parts should be repaired or replaced.
Cause 4: The hydraulic pump is faulty.
1 hydraulic pump coupling key off or rolling;
2 The gap between the sliding surfaces is too large;
The blades of the 3 vane pump are stuck in the rotor slot;
4 the blade and the rotor are reversed;
5 The spring in the blade is fatigue-deformed or broken due to the high-frequency periodic load.
Solution:
1 Replace or re-align the joint key and repair the keyway;
2 repair the gap between the sliding surfaces;
3 disassemble the cleaning vane pump;
4 correct the wrong direction;
5 Replace the break spring.
Reason 5: The inlet and outlet ports are reversed.
Solution: Adjust it over.
