Safe locks are mainly divided into automatic drop spring type and non-automatic fall spring type. Foreign safes are mostly automatic fall spring type locks; domestic safes are mostly non-automatic fall spring type locks.
Automatic falling spring code lock This is a type of code (usually four groups), the hook and the upper side of the bar automatically fall into the groove next to the wheel disc and the lock tongue by itself, so that Pull the tongue to achieve the purpose of opening. This type of lock has good confidentiality, and usually it can also set the password according to the four groups of numbers it requires, but the price is expensive and it is basically not used in China.
Because the outer circle of the four coded lock discs cannot be absolutely the same, because it is an automatic drop spring, when the dial is rotated continuously in a certain direction, the unlocked hook or cross bar may fall into a certain slot. Non-automatic fall spring type code lock This is a commonly used code lock for domestic safes. The reason why it is called a non-automatic falling spring type lock is because after a good password, you need to turn the handle by hand or turn the key to open the door. When the key is not used to open the lock, the chuck on the sliding plate of the linkage mechanism is blocked by the lock tongue, and the slide plate cannot move; when the dial of the code lock is not properly aligned, the notch of the wheel plate is not in the open position. The flat tongue on the top cannot enter the gap of the three wheel disks, and the linkage mechanism cannot move. This is a double means to limit the opening of the door. Only when the lock has been opened and the password is correct, the linkage mechanism can move without hindrance.
The type of code lock dial is usually divided into three types or four types. The appearance of the three dials is shown in Figure 2. The principle of operation of the dial In order to facilitate the memory and communication, we will be called the first piece near the door of the counter, the middle is called the second piece, the most inside is called the third piece (also known as the dead piece). Rotate the wheel plate in the opposite direction again. The dead band's band nails are detached from the second band's band pin and rotate by themselves. The first and second pieces stop at their original positions. When the dead piece continues to rotate and touches the second piece of tape nail, the second piece will be driven to rotate, and the code B will be aligned with the mark on the dial base, and the gap of the second piece will stay in the open position; Rotate the wheel disc in the opposite direction, and the dead band's band nails are separated from the second band's band nails, rotate by themselves, the second sheet stays at its original position, and the code C is aligned with the mark on the dial base. The gap in the third piece stays in the open position. Moving the handle (or turning the key) on the door to drive the linkage mechanism opens the safe.
Speaking about it: Turn the dial three times for the first password, and then turn it twice in the opposite direction (the first number does not appear) for the second number, then turn in the opposite direction directly to the third number, The password for the password lock is correct. The method described above for the right three laps and the left laps is cumbersome and not well remembered. The manufacturer has improved the dial. The continuous improvement of the code lock anti-destructive measures The early production of the code lock is the shape of Figure 2, he has two disadvantages: First, the dial handle is non-cylindrical, easy to fix special tools (called pullers), which will be the word When the disk is pulled out, the door of the cabinet can be opened by losing the lock after the wheel disk is detached; secondly, the dead disk of the disk disk is fixed on the rod of the dial with a split pin, and the shear strength of the split pin is not enough. Since the gap between the two pieces is not in the open position, the door cannot be opened. Of course, some safes do not have this measure, and you can use this method to open the safe. You must understand this clearly beforehand. You can use this method with 100% certainty, so as not to open the door immediately after the dial is pulled out. On the contrary, it has increased many problems.
The methods described in the unlocking method of the code lock are all based on 100 numbers, and are performed under the premise that the security lock has been opened.
First, the cutting method The so-called cutting method is to move the handle so that the flat tongue of the linkage device tries to insert into the notch of the wheel plate. At the same time, turn the dial by hand, analyze and judge the opening password through the phenomenon and feel. Then, For a good password, open the safe. But how do we know that the password we judged is the first few passwords? According to this principle, it can be determined that the cut-out password is the number of the password.
If the handle of the dial is continuously rotated three times or more to the right so that the tabs are in contact with each other, the left hand will open the door handle (or key) in the opening direction, and the right hand will continue to turn the handle of the dial to the right when the rotation is certain. At the angle, the latch will feel a flutter (a sound will be heard and the door handle will turn). At this time, rotate the dial handle to the left. If only a few dials can be turned, it means that the cut number is a dead number; if you can turn nearly one circle, it means that the second number is cut out; Nearly two revolutions indicate that the first number was cut out.
